What is it?

Step into a world of festive wonder this December at The Hideaway Christmas Family Experience in Broadheath, Altrincham — an immersive, heart-warming Christmas adventure created for families to enjoy together.

This isn’t just another grotto or light trail. It’s a walk-through Christmas journey filled with joy, imagination, and purpose — designed to help families not only make magical memories but also share kindness and hope with others along the way.

You’ll explore eight beautifully themed Christmas zones, each brought to life with stunning décor, friendly characters, music, and hands-on activities that encourage creativity, laughter, and connection.

From meeting Father Christmas and his elves in the North Pole, to exploring the sparkling Frozen Palace, and even visiting Whoville where the Grinch learns that love grows when we share it — every part of your journey is packed with festive fun and heartwarming surprises.

Whether it’s your first Christmas with little ones or a new tradition for your family, this experience is all about making memories that last and celebrating what Christmas truly means.

Who is running it?

Created by The Hideaway Partington and Hope Centre (Hidden Treasure Trust CIO), all proceeds from the event support the charity’s work with local families and vulnerable people — so every visit helps to bring hope where it’s needed most.
